Can you explain a bit more about this?
What exactly is the problem?
When does it happen?
What version of IE are you using?
What version of Windows, and what service pack?
What protection do you have?
When did this start, and what happened before it started?

Related to about:blank virus by any chance?  What protection do you have and have you run any scans lately?
