Server 2003 Standard- Run As Service

I have a program I need to run as a service on my server to avoid leaving the account logged in or locked & the program being closed when the users log out.  does anyone have a simple script? ???

I have done this manually but it would still be great having a script that would do this automatically once the proper prompts are answered.
