Yikes! That doesn't look good. I have a hard time believing though that any forum member has infected your computer. However, it's always a good idea to have your system fully protected. Make sure you have the latest virus protection, anti-virus, and firewall setup and installed.
Additionally if you're using Internet Explorer you may want to consider converting to Firefox.
