Why would I be receiving "Connection Refused" from my ISP when I try to visit a site?    I'm with Compuserve using Windows ME.

    onthecorner2416 .........  I would be contacting Compuserve and asking them that question.
    Does this occur on many sites or just 1 or 2 ?
    Could you share with us several examples of these ........ restricted sites ?
