I just purchased a new notebook with VISTA. I had a problem and wanted to go back in time but RESTORE will not work. I tried several restore points I had set, but none worked.

Well, that's pretty minimal and vague information. What was the difficulty Do you not have a restore or reinstall DVD? What manufacturer?
