IE/Firefox won't connect, BT browser will?

When I open IE or Firefox, I get the 'this page cannot be displayed' error.
However, my BT browser will connect and works fine.

How do I resolve this issue? Any help much appreciated.

Perhaps some additional info would hep us help you ........ for example:

What operating system are you using ?
Do you have a current updated Anti-Virus app running?
When did this start ?
Are you able to send and receive Email ?
Do you have Firefox set as your default browser ?
