What antivirus protection are you using?

Can you take a screen-shot of the MSN Core File dialog box and upload it to www.imageshack.us ?

The virus program is Embarq just got DSL. I tried a system restore to see if that would help then saw Norton Anti virus 2005 on there so took that out. It's weird will be ok then all of a sudden freezes up & won't shut off.
The other suggestion w/MSN, I have no idea how to take a screen shot, you have to realize you are talking to an idiot  when it comes to complex computer issues. Thanks for trying to help me.

Taking a screenshot is simple.  When viewing the content you want in the shot press the PRINT SCREEN button next to the F12 key.  Then go into any image editing program, i.e. paint, and press CTRL-V or select paste from the edit menu. Finally, save the image.  You have now successfully taken a screenshot and are ready to upload it.
