Doesn't seem to be it because the menus are different and my ISP is Bell, so shouldn't it be under bell?

Seem?  Is that a Yes or a No?
For now, I'll take it as a No.

What I mean is when I am connected to my modem AND uTorrent is running AND UPnP is enabled the port works. When I turn off UPnP or I close uTorrent or when I connect through my router the port stops working. I did follow the instructions for my router (US Robotics) It seems to me that when uTorrent is running and UPnP is enabled and I am connected directly to my modem the port works. When I close uTorrent or disble UPnP and try the port test again it fails. So it looks like uTorrent is automatically opening the ports in my modem with UPnP. But when I am connected through my router the port isn't bieng opened on the modem. I can't find anything on the uTorrent forums. I posted my problem there.
