aliboy, I've taken a look at the log and it looks clean to me.  However, I don't see any anti-virus protection installed on that computer.  Did you actually get the programs CompGuy suggested?  If not, you need to download them and put them onto your sister's computer via CD and scan with them in Safe Mode.

Have you contacted your sister's ISP about this issue?

    Hi i did a ipconfig all test when no web pages came up not sure but it could be my aol what you think
