        Do you mean download "the fix" onto a floppy on THIS computer and then load it on to the broke computer?

        Great idea!!  Unfortunately THIS computer doesn't have a floppy disc drive  :'(  What's up with that?  I guess cuz floppy's are a thing of the past?

          I accidentally had 2 posts going on this same subject and "Zylstra" suggested (on the other post) that you guys could write me a "batch script" to fix the IP problem"?  What do you know about that?

              What make model is the actual computer?
              What make model is the wireless router?
              Who are the internet service providers?
              What is the operating system?
              Please give as much information regarding the Specification and components of your computer and a note about what you were doing when the problem arose and any other relevant thing that you think may help.
