IT security policies for my company

Dear all,

I am gayan form Sri lanka, im working for construction company as a IT Executive.
i install domain controller very recently. now our one of manager asking to make  IT security policies for my company.he wanted restrict there lot of facilities in there computers and the network so  do u'll have any type of IT security policies as document pls send it to me. if not pls give me ur suggestions to Solve this matter.
