don't want a pc to access internet

Hi, I feel I ought to know this but don't:

I have a small home network with two PCs both running XP-Pro, a laptop connected by wireless also running XP-Pro and a MacBook also connected through wireless.  Router is a Belkin ADSL2+ Modem.

I want one of the PCs to be able to have full access to my LAN (file sharing and all that) but don't want it to be able to connect to the Internet.

How do I do that ?

I'd disable TCP/IP on it and install the Netbuei protocol on all the computers you want to share data and devices with.  You'll need the XP cd to do it.

You can use the router MAC filter to prevent specific computers on your network from accessing the internet.

Well that wouldn't work if you already have a MAC filter who protects you from outside connections.

Thanks guys.  As Jonas says, I am already using MAC filtering to protect from wireless intruders but the router does have client IP address filtering which I can use.  I think that's probably the easiest way to go although I will surely have to manually fix the IP for that computer.

OK.  I just gave myself a fright with the router configuration so I would like to try Alan's solution instead since Patio reccomends it.
Alan, I've installed Netbuei protocol on the two machines that need to talk to each other and have disabled TCP/IP on the machine I want to keep away from the internet.  How do I get those two machines to talk to each other?  What else do I need to do?  So far neither machine sees the other.

You'll need to share any files/folders/printers.  You'll also need be in the same workgroup.

Hi Alan,
I kind of gave up on that subject as I seemed to get myself into more trouble with it.  I've put aside that other desktop for now.
I have sharing enabled on all machines and they are all on the same workgroup.  I even started a new workgroup to which they could all belong.   And, after a lot of head-scratching,  that's what led me to today's post which I thought would be better to start as a new topic:
