Pc monitor
« on: August 02, 2007, 09:40:51 PM »
I have a hp pavilion v70s 17 inch monitor . we got in 2002 .
Recently we have started having issues with the monitor .
I can be online and the screen will go into an hour glass shape  then jump back to normal size , off and on .  Now our new problem is the monitor will go off 1 time then you push the on button , bout 5 mins later the monitor will go off , then you have to unplug it for about 20 mins then every thing will be back to normal . We had this problem 3-4 times a day .
thanks
jen

Your monitor is giving you a clear message that it's about to go to the great monitor heaven and should be replaced as soon as possible or at least taken to the monitor doctor to be fixed, but that's hardly worth while as any repair would probably cost as much as a new monitor.

One good deed is worth more than a year of good intentions.
