log on to email/banking problems

I try to log onto hotmail or nationwide banking but everytime I get redirected to Internet optimiser sometimes with some very explicit pictures!  :o :o

i have done spybot and have norton virus scan and both show no problems

what now? ???

tried both with little success

now instead of the internet optimiser page i get page can not be displayed

any other ideas :D
