smooth scrolling

I just loaded Windows XP Pro on my Fujitsu C2210 laptop and when I browse the net, the scrolling is not smooth, it goes in sections. HELP!!! :'(

    Sarcasm aside, It is hard to help you when you haven't posted any info about your computer.

    I'm guessing you're missing a driver for your graphics card though.

      Are you trying to say that when you use the scroll wheel on your mouse, it's going too fast?

      Have you re-installed the MBoard drivers for that laptop that are on the laptop CD ? ?

        its a Fujitsu Lifebook C2210 Laptop
        I don't have the CD
        its not memory, and i tried to download the video card drivers - couldn't find a good link
        its not that i am scrolling too fast, it happens no matter what..

        like, when i scroll, it goes in waves, instead of scrolling smoothly. IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!!

          If we knew what browser you were using someone would perhaps suggest to enable smooth scrolling.

            I have already enabled smooth scrolling, I usually use Mozilla, sometimes Explorer when I need to, Everything is updated, I really think Its the video card drivers but I cannot find them on the internet.... :-[

            because under the settings, it shows it is not enabled, and right clicking and enabling it does not work, it needs installed, I cannot find a good link.

              Does it do this when you are scrolling say through a word document?  Or only when online?  Could it be a bad Internet connection that is creating lag?  Do you have any other issues while surfing the web?

              That machine will need it's drivers to operate properly...

              It will take some research on your part but below is where you should start.
