Like unlovedwarrior said, you need to let AVG delete or quarantine those files.  This works better if you scan in Safe Mode.  Then clean up with CCleaner (without Yahoo! toolbar), and restart your computer and post a new HijackThis log in Normal Mode.

Once we start, you won't have access to this post anymore, so I recommend that you print out this post or save it to a Notepad file.  Open HijackThis and scan again.  Check the following entries, but don't do anything to them yet...

                R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,SearchAssistant = http://server.toolbar.rediff.com/toolbar/3.0/sidesearch.html?mode=toolbar
                R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://server.toolbar.rediff.com/toolbar/3.0/sidesearch.html?mode=toolbar
                R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://server.toolbar.rediff.com/toolbar/3.0/sidesearch.html?mode=toolbar
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

                O2 - BHO: DAPBHO Class - {0096CC0A-623C-4829-AD9C-19AF0DC9D8FE} - C:\Program Files\DAP\DAPIEBar.dll

                O3 - Toolbar: DAP Bar - {62999427-33FC-4baf-9C9C-BCE6BD127F08} - C:\Program Files\DAP\DAPIEBar.dll

                O8 - Extra context menu item: &Download with &DAP - C:\PROGRA~1\DAP\dapextie.htm

(Like unlovedwarrior said, this one is open to debate.  If you don't use it regularly or if you didn't install it, you should remove it.  I would remove it either way, but it's up to you.)

Now, close all windows (including this one) besides HijackThis, then click Fix Checked.  Close HijackThis and reboot into Safe Mode and enable hidden files and folders.

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following (if present)...

Download Accelerator Plus (if you choose to remove it)

Please note any other programs that you dont recognize in that list in your next response.

Navigate to and delete the following folder(s) if present...

C:\Program Files\DAP  (if you choose to remove it)

Once you've done all of this, reboot into Normal Mode and post a new HijackThis log so we can see if there's any other junk we need to clean up.  Let me know how everything's running now and if you had any problems following my steps.

This could easily be a false positive from AVG, pull it out of the AVG vault, upload it to http://virusscan.jotti.org/ and post the results back here.
Is your AVG up to date?

Ccleaner would not have hurt your computer unless you had some software for your phone installed in a temporary directory.
If this is the case you may have to re-install it and be carefull where you install it, sooner or later all temp type directories are cleaned out.
