Toshiba Satellite M35, cant get it opened

Good afternoon:

My friend has a Toshiba Satellite M35 notebook, and he is having trouble getting it opened.

I guess theres something wrong with it (I am not exactly sure what) but he cannot get the case off of it, its being very stubborn. He has tried removing all the screws, and it yielded no good results. Something is holding it shut inside the laptop (I suspect the mouse pad)

What procedures should be followed while opening a Toshiba Satellite notebook?

After posting my question, I did some more Google searching and got that exact same page, so, he has it, and we will see how everything works
