cd drive
« on: September 22, 2007, 02:22:15 PM »

Not sure what the deal is here. I have just set up a new computer, easy deal. I had used a atapi 50x max (make), anyway, all was good as far as installing a cd and downloading all drives and more. Once all was said and done, cd drive would not read disk. It would Show up in devise manager, reads in bios, but nothing. I changed it out with a different player and still nothing, again all shows up as if all was good. Removed reinstalled several times, it was recognized as new hardware and all drives where installed as per, still nothing. Any help would be appreciate. Thanks
