msconfig in windows 98

are there any command prompt like msconfig but in windows 98?
I want to handle my startup,tq :)

    Win98 shipped with msconfig as did Win98SE, ME & XP.
    Win95 and W2K did not get msconfig.
    Win98 msconfig works in Win95 and XP msconfig works in W2K.
    Clear as mud eh?
