help with virus

can some one help. i have a virus - trojan and win32 i ran a scan with norton antisvirus 2008, but the virus is still there. how can i remove it?

Try Symantec Anti Virus it will delete it and also in your virus program check the threat list or viruses list that it has this virus (your virus Listed in list ) or not

Anti virus programs don't always take care of trojans...DLoad install update and run AVG Anti Spyware.

After I ran a full system scan on the Norton antis virus 2008.  Then I went to control panel and internet option and deleted all cookies and files and on the internet property blocked all party that does not have a compact privacy policy from there went to pop up setting and make sure that I deleted all cookies. I don’t know exactly how this works, but it did fixed the problem.
