I'm so sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find how to fix it:

When ever I start up my compute I keep getting the following:



then


and finally


It either comes out when I start up my computer or when I open certain programs. They told me it has something to do with Norton and that I should reinstall it to fix it and I did and I'm still getting it and it's driving me crazy.
I would appreciate any help on how to stop it.

Problems caused by Norton just get worse.   Here is a post by a techie who will not work on a system without first removing Norton.

You can download Symantec's Norton removal tool from this site.

If you can get rid of Norton I suggest you install the free versions of AVG for anti-virus and Zone Alarm or Comodo for a firewall.   Note - only one version each of anti-virus and firewall should be installed.
