cant delete tool

i recently downloaded a password recovery tool called cain & abel, and now i cant delete it. can someone please help? im running windows xp

do you install it?or it works without installing?have you check in add or remove?isn't there an option to uninstall?what happen if you leave the program in the computer, does it harm?

Uninstallation
You can uninstall Cain from the Add/Remove Programs tool in the Control Panel or by directly executing the unistallation program. The uninstall program will not remove the Abel service.

Abel Uninstallation
You can remove the Abel Service using Cain's Service Manager; first stop the service and then remove it.

the reason i couldnt delete it is because i dont think it downloaded right cus when i would open the "application" , the command prompt would pop up. i would try to delete it by draggin it to the bin, but it would say that i couldnt. well, anyways, i finally deleted it using hijackthis. i jus found it kinda weird that i couldnt delete it, so i jus kinda freaked out. thanks for the help though
