If you're using a legit copy of Microsoft Windows then contact Microsoft and tell them you're getting this error. You'll be asked for your product ID if validated as being authentic then they'll give you a new one.

If you're not using a legit copy of XP (e.g. using a friends or other pirated copy) Computer Hope does not help users with illegal software.

Sorry, folks. I got my SP2  before WGA lockdown was introduced, and forgot about it.

The CD you can order free from Microsoft is said to not have WGA.

You can get the XP2 CD here.

It is free but you still have to pay shipping and handling and although not 100% sure I couldn't imagine Microsoft not having WGA on this.
