removed startup items in windows2000 os

i use windows 2000 operating system , how to removed startup items ( starup program ) there is no msconfig command
plese tell me

sam,
Hit CTRL + Alt + Delete to bring up Task Manager...click New Task and type in msconfig and hit Enter.
Does this work ? ?

What have you done to this system by deleting things ? ?
Do you need assistance before it doesn't even boot up anymore ?
Please provide any details you can think of...

It's not clear...
Do you want to remove programs from msconfig, or add some programs as startups?
