out of freguency range

I have been playing a game everyday since i got it on xmas and now when i try to play it the sound is there but it says its out of freguency range. any help would be really appreciated thanks for your time.

I take it you have wireless speakers.... Right?

no i don't have wireless speakers its really weird because when i start the game  the video that starts when its loading works find but when the loading and the video get done the screen turns black and a box pops up and says out of frequency range. The sound is fine even when the screen goes black the sound still works

Are your video card drivers up to date?

They should be up to date becasue i have been playing this game all this week and this is the first problem I have had its really starting to piss me off. This computer is a dell 8300 is that helps
