IE 7 don't accept cookies, although set up to accept cookies

    Getting the folowing message:

There's a Problem with Your Browser

The browser you are using is rejecting cookies.

Here are a few steps you can take to get your browser to accept cookies.
     1. Try signing in again. If your browser asks you to accept cookies, choose "accept" or "continue."
    2. Perhaps your browser is not set to allow cookies. Learn how to change your browser's cookie settings.
    3. Make sure your computer system's date and time are current.
    4. Maybe your browser is out-of-date. Consider upgrading to the latest browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

For more information  (Learn about cookies).

I did over and over all of the above but nothing helped.

    Any further advises?

Go Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, click on Reset button.
Be aware, it'll go back to day one (all settings gone).

Also before you reset everything post a link to the page that is issuing this message so we can test it on our end...
It may be that they just have a lazy web designer.
