it could be your power supply or your motherboard. try a "known working" power supply on your computer and see if that fixes it.

      1.  Define "no success".  What happens when you reboot?
o  Video Card Info displays on monitor
o  Vendor logo screen or post diagnostic screen displays (what does it say?)
          o  Keyboard LEDs flash
o  Power Supply Fan spins and stays on
o  CPU fans spins and stays on
o  Video card fan spins and stays on (if there is one)
o  Power LED on computer case comes on...  Stays on...
          o  CD-ROM LED flashes
o  Hard Disk Drive activity LED flashes
          o  Floppy Drive LED flashes
o  Any POST diagnostic "beep" code

      2.  Define "failed to post":
o  No monitor displays at all during startup?
o  If you pulled out video card, all memory modules, and/or both is there a POST diagnostic "beep" code.  What is it?  Is it correct beep code for error condition?

      3.  Reference material/troubleshooting procedures from Computer Hope:
