How do you manage the cables under your computer desk?

I have seen many products for bundling cables together and a few for 'hiding' cables, but I would love to know how other people are managing the cable clutter that is festering under most everyone's desk.

What techniques and products have you had success with?  What is the hardest part about organzing cables?

Go wireless baby!  you can use twist-ties, tie-wraps, tubing, tape.... whatever it takes to tidy up.
