Oh my bad i thought you meant Ware did i get Sp2 upgrade. but anyway i got my version of Sp1 with my computer from dell then i upgraded to Sp2 from Microsoft.com.
Also i upgraded to Sp2 almost 2 years ago and then a few weeks ago i installed a new hard drive which messed up my computer so i had to reinstall windows Sp1 so i could boot up so i did that now the new HD works and everything else except the programs that need Sp2 to run like zune in stuff.
