Microsoft office 2000

My operating system is windows XP.  It will no allow me to open my office 2000 documents.  I need help

    Do you have MS Word 2000 or later or even MS Works?

      Need...more...info...gasp  :P

      antivirus & antispyware protection / service packs installed / when did it start happening / did it ever work right / installed any new software?
