    Hello friends,

i am unable to open my regedit from few day...... when i tryed it says that the user have no permissions to access that one... But i am accessing through administrator user only..... it also show's that lsass.exe has been not there.... as i know it was used for microsoft windows update only....  before this i have 3 problems with this system....( task manager, cmd and run( didn't visible in start))  i cleared task manager and cmd issues by going to gpedit.msc and changed the settings... but unable to do run.... recently i installed symantec end to end point Anti Virus ....

can any one please tell  how to solve this........

To clarify: Run is still on the Start menu but you get the permissions error when you attempt to use it?
Why is this thus?  What is the reason for this thusness?
