Almost. How big (what capacity has) is your hard disk?

In big steps: create partitions, format partitions, install operating system. These might be different for different windows version. All you have to do, is to read carrefully what the program tells you and when you don't know what to do (this is at the begin ussually) ask a friend.

You have Windows 98 and windows 2000. What computer do you have? (processor, memory, hard disk capacity)

Call Microsoft and pay fifty bucks to let them walk you thru the process. Or look in the book that came with Windows.

You can't install Windows on say a 100MB Hard Disk, but you can install windows on a big, fat 160GB HDD!
