    Why am I getting Verizon Wall Garden Message?

    So why am I getting this message?

    I am on my laptop, and I have an unsecured Wireless G Router. I was going online fine until my sister Vaio started getting the message. We called Verizon, they said call our cable company. We did and Cablevision said contact Linksys...

    So I call them up and the lady says to unplug the router and see if I can get online...I did and my connection was still connected, but when I tried going online I got the Verizon NO ACCESS message and said I cannot go on.

    I connected an ethernet cable straight from the router to my laptop(which is how i'm online right now) but my sis is out of luck, and the ethernet chord is only so long.

    I am also trying to secure the router, but when I go through the setup is says it can't connect after I choose the WEP code...I am lost.

    Any serious help would be appreciated.
