    how do u run the diagnostics, i can't find it anywhere

    I'd still run the diagnostics for a little peace of mind...
    You DLoad them from the drive manuf.'s site and use them to create a bootable CD...

      I still cant the find diagnostics for it

      is there any other soft were i can dload to see if it's ok

        mines not supported by that installer dos thing

        the hard drive seems to be working fine

        I believe  something installed on it may have been fatly and cause it to slow computer's down
