    disc recording
    « on: April 17, 2008, 04:47:53 PM »
    I have just started burning
cd's and now dvd's, I have two packs of new DVD discs in front of me, same company, everything exact but one pack reads DVD-R and the other pack reads DVD+R, is there a difference?  Is an RW rewriteable and eraseable?

    Yes.

It all depends on your writer compatibility. Read its manual, and it'll tell you what type of disks you can use. The newer ones will most likely use both.
