I have a new desktop with windows vista. Up until yesterday, I was able to open or save attachments that I received through email. IThe open window comes up and it looks like it's opening, but then it goes away completely. If I try to save to a file, I choose the file and it starts saving, but disappears before completing. I am not very computer savvy, so bear with me. My free trial of AVG expired and I loaded AVG free. That's the only thing that I can tell is different.
