Vista trouble with IE7

I have Windows Vista Home Premium, Dell,Inspiron 530,Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2160 @ 1.80GHZ  2037 MB Ram, I have the browser IE7.

When i go to a website then go to close the window. The explore stops then restarts

try resetting IE7

Click Tools --> Inernet Options --> Advanced --> Reset.

Hopefully this works, but you will lose all your favorite/bookmarked links and all other settings if you don't save them beforehand. Resetting will revert IE7 to factory default settings.
