problem with installing webcam driver

i have an ACER aspire 5920  laptop with following details :
cpu : core 2 dou t7300
ram: 1 GB DDR2
hdd: 160 GB
dvd-writer :dvd super multi dl
graphic : mobile intel graphic media accelerator x 3100
webcam :acer crystal eye webcam
OS: windows vista home premium

i can not install webcam driver
when u go to DEVICE MANAGER u see "acer crystaleye webcam" in "other deviced" section when  u install driver by using wizard  it  detect webcam driver and start to install driver but in last page it say wizard could not install driver of webcam 
i must tell that i have driver webcam vista version  but i can not install
i dont know where is problem
can you help me about it?

Are you sure it's the correct driver for your model of laptop's webcam?

yea i am sure about it  cos i got cd driver of laptop when i bought laptop it was in laptop accessories

Let me see, if I got it correct...
You uninstall webcam driver to install your own driver, but after restart Windows tries to install its own driver, so you can't install yours. Is that it?
