Outlook Express: Won't Stop Sending

Now, sometimes when using TO: and always when using CC: and BCC:  an error window pops up with no error specified.  The email is sent, but it remains in the Outbox and keeps sending and sending.  It never shows up in the Sent Items.  My friends are complaining!

Not that familiar with Outlook Express.  This doesn't fully explain the situation, but is there a setting for automatically sending mail?

Perhaps the software itself has become corrupted.

IS it possible for you to try using microsoft office outlook?
