Hey - this is weird, but irritating, so I'd like to fix.

I have changed all of my shortcuts to IE to open in "Maximized" windows. But when I click on a link that goes to a new window, it opens in a "Normal" window.

It's just a pet peeve of mine, but I like maximized windows.

So how do I do that?
