New MP3 player syncing problem.
« on: July 25, 2008, 07:23:23 AM »
Hi,
Sorry, i'm a bit useless with computers,

but I recently bought a new MP3. I plugged it into my computer for the fist time and the usual windows "New Found Hardware" came up, so I installed it to that. But I think that might be the problem.
Now when I sync with Windows Media Player, It detects device "USB SD" then disconnects quickly, and detects "USB MP3", it then repeats this over and over like it cannot decide which to connect, so therefore nothing happens.

I don't know what they mean, am I supposed to disable one of them somehow?

Help much appriciated.

Thanks.

Can you try another computer?
What happens if you leave it for like 5 minutes?
What Operating System are you using?
