dual bay external hdd enclosure with just 1 hdd?
« on: August 02, 2008, 08:48:52 PM »
I bought the external hard drive enclosure linked to below and I was wondering if in general, or in this case in particular, you could use just 1 hard drive with the dual bay enclosure. In other words, does a dual bay enclosure mean I need to put two hard drives inside of it?

Thanks.

Just guessing really but I'd think you could run one HDD OK.
