Vista Icons Messing up

Ive googled the issue , and i only found one persons solution to the issue but it didnt work , which was use Ashampoo and turn vista back to the previous state.

Heres what the icons look like :



You can see another icon cover the orginal icon .

It looks like a malware infection. I did a search too and couldn't find anything.

I would go ahead and post a HijackThis log.

Restart computer in Safe Mode, and then back to Normal Mode.
This will rebuild icons cache.
