OP Symbol
« on: August 05, 2008, 04:59:11 AM »
I don't know about you guys but I think topics would be less confusing if we knew who was the Original Poster, so I was wondering if the OP can have some sort of symbol by their name or rank of whatever saying {OP}.

Example:

Is this possible or am I chasing dreams? :P

Not a bad idea, actually.  Better yet, maybe their posts could have a different background (a darker blue, perhaps).  I personally don't think any of it is necessary, but some of our users might benefit from it.  I'm sure it's possible, but there's no telling how easy it would be; it'd probably have to be another item on Nathan's to-do list.

I like this idea.
Knew you would. :P

It would also help us identify hijackers.

The color is dark enough  :-X. maybe a shade of gray instead of blue though.

    Nice.

My estimate of the probability of enactment: a) Slim (99%), b) None (98%) :)

Also, how about a number indicating how many "New Replies to Your Posts."

Can I get a golden background for each of my posts pwease?

By providing an easy fix, you have altered the probabilities  ;D

I assume that the pencil is the OP?
