The above link doesn't work anymore, and there is no other download link available, but...
...I found a solution, which works.
I extracted the theme from my Firefox installation.
Download this file: http://www.adrive.com/public/3ffa693cbc4a91068126e3df8217fa0d1baa9702f45b8c4732067b4c74a29f92.html
Unzip it. You'll see {aef0a1d0-4006-11dd-ae16-0800200c9a66} folder.
Make sure, Firefox is closed.
Put that folder in
C:\Users\your_name\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\your_profile\extensions\ folder in Vista, or
C:\Documents and Settings\your_name\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\your_profile\ extensions folder in XP.
Start Firefox, and Mario theme will be listed under Add-ons\Themes.

tinySpell is a spellchecker for Windows. It plays sound when you make a typo. I downloaded Mario wav file, and set it up as tinySpell's default sound (attached)
