disabled monitor in windows

I accidentaly disabled my monitor in the "properties" under "settings" now my montior goes blank right after boot.  I tried connecting directly to the motherboard and did not succeed and i tried switching video cards and had the same affect, how do i correct this?  Please help this dumb *censored*

check the bios settings  hit del key and  in the bios menu chose setup defaults options save and exit.or find a graphics driver for your monitor on your windows install disk/rescue disk?
