Firefox Download error

Every time I go to download a addon in firefox it gives me this error
Ive tried a bunch off different addons to see if thats just the problem But It gives me that every time.

Im using windows XP
and
Firefox/3.0.1


Firefox could not install the file at

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/file/30778/stealther-1.0.6-fx.xpi

because: Download error
