Device Manager / Devices Not There Any More

Hello Everyone

  My issue is as follow, I remove by mistake my USB MASS STORAGE and now I do NOT have any of my DEVICES on my Devices Manager and now none of the devices work, like ( Sound Card,Video Card, etc..).

  I need help please, How to get my devices back !!!!!
