Monitor Troubles

I got a new 19" Westinhouse monitor from Best Buy. It worked well for the first week but Windows Vista crashed and then all of a sudden it's got these weird jitters wherever there's white. The desktop background also looks pretty pixelated in some areas. Is there any hope for this thing, or should I just return it?

If you can, I would try a new monitor or try this monitor on another computer.

If the monitor is faulty, I'm sure you can get it replaced (Seeing as it's pretty much brand new)
