    another sound problem

    my "multiple audio controller" in device manager had the infamous yellow questionamark, so what I did a search of my computer on everest. then I went to intel and got a soundmax driver that fit with my computor (or at least that I thought fit with it). then after I installed it I got an error message that said "severe. Driver not found! please reboot and run setup again". I keep rebooting and reinstalling but it doesnt work, Thank you for any help. here is my everest info.

    You have a Dell GX-270. You need to get the drivers from the Dell site. Not from Intel or anywhere else. Any driver you need can be found at dell.com. Use any other and you will not be pleased.
